Pat is the Founder and President of Health Care Relocations, which began operations in 1993. Pat has expanded HCR from its roots in Toronto to an international healthcare facility transition specialist, providing services across North America and into Australia, Europe and Asia. Pat involves himself in all transition projects, providing leadership and direction to his senior project management staff. Pat’s outstanding leadership style, which commands an extremely high level of performance from all employees, has become the hallmark of HCR. Pat ensures that his senior team have the skills and tools to deftly communicate and facilitate HCR’s unique and specialized relocation planning and execution processes, tailored to fit the needs of each healthcare facility. Pat’s leadership is apparent throughout all aspects of both the planning and implementation phases of a project, where the focus is always on ensuring the quality of patient care is paramount and maintained at the highest level. Pat operates with the philosophy that every project requires total customer satisfaction in order to maintain HCR’s stellar reputation.
