About Pat Ruble

I’ve spent the last several years growing Bandago into a smarter, more scalable operation.Since 2018, I’ve led Sales, Marketing, and Operations—helping double the size of the fleet, open five new markets, and drive over $20M in tracked conversion value. I overhauled our Google Ads program, cutting waste and pushing performance to the highest levels in company history.I built an outbound sales program. Launched our email marketing system. Structured the operations team from the ground up. Introduced a company-wide review system, refined our product development, and helped improve the customer experience from first click to final mile.I care about execution, systems, and data-driven results. But wait, there's more. I advise other small businesses and startups like Fetii, now generating $13M+ in revenue. I'm always looking for opportunities to help smart teams create efficiencies to scale their business.
