I am a dynamic, proactive, result-oriented person with extensive experience in business management, operational, project and support services management. Throughout my career I managed dedicated enterprise customer's business and IT requirements between named accounts and internal and / or external services / solution providers. Currently I am managing ITIL based operational and support (development) services and projects for dedicated customers in finance, government and consultancy / advisory sectors.
