My journey into engineering and operations began following an honorable discharge from the military and a successful nursing career. I leveraged my diverse background to develop specialized rapid deployment systems for both military and commercial applications. Additionally, I led research initiatives to explore new manufacturing technologies, with a focus on advanced additive manufacturing processes such as Electron Beam Melting (EBM) Technology. Complementing my hands-on experience, my academic background includes a nursing degree and advanced studies in engineering.
