About Patch Garcia

I staff startups and small businesses. Since 2001, my efforts have been dedicated to the clean energy industry; solar, residential energy efficiency/home performance, zero net energy (ZNE) design, green biotech, and, recently, a zero-emissions/IoT product manufacturer. Typically, I join early-stage leadership teams when they're ready to put the right people into the right seats using a science-based process. My claim to fame is advancing diversity by putting women and transgender people into roles historically held by men and co-creating passion-driven company cultures that often outlive their venture capital.
