I have experiences with a range of skills and knowledge base in the hospitality and tourism industry. I believe I am highly capable and can effectively deal with customer issues in polite and calm manner through my customer service experience. I am excellent multi-tasker and can handle a number of duties. I have the physical abilities to work on my feet for long shifts. The opportunity to build and offer support and service to people from different nationalities and cultures motivated me.
