About Pate Woolverton

I am an Artist, Designer, Realtor, Investor, and a mother. I have a real passion for buying and selling homes. As an Atlanta native, I have years of knowledge about the many neighborhoods of North Atlanta. If you need a free consultation or estimate on you home's value, call or email me anytime. I have an eye for detail which can be a real asset when buying or selling your property. These transactions are usually the largest we make in our lives, and can involve a lot of feelings. Let me be the resource you need to get the best deal, and a quality experience. My team at Keller Williams First Atlanta is top notch. Whatever you are facing, we will find the best solution for you. Recently I have started investing in real estate with my partner and husband. We are buying and renovating homes. Depending on the property, we will fix and flip or hold for rent. I am using my artistic skills to create quality living spaces with one of a kind designs. If you are looking to sell your home without stressing about the many things that may need fixed to make it marketable, or you're looking for a beautiful home that is turn key, call or e-mail me.
