Currently working as a Project Quality Engineer for Offshore & Onshore O&G engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Projects on behalf Petrofac International Sharjah (Through Tata projects). Activities comprises of • Presently as Quality Engineer Handling Pressure vessels POs, Bulk POs (Piping Materials) and structures for JI-2024, BP Khazzan, Central processing facility project, Oman. • Preparation, review & response of Technical queries (TQ), Method Statement. • Monitoring and tracking of project Corrective/preventive Actions (CAPA). • Monitoring of the Project quality management system within a formulated audit program, raising non-compliance, agreeing corrective/preventive actions, and ensuring their resolution. • Participate in the resolution of Client comments review, classification and takes necessary actions. • Progressively captured & compile Feedback/Lessons Learnt on the Project. • Vendor Assessment/Evaluation for new vendors & vendor developments. • Preparation of supplier desktop appraisal report based of supplier Prequalification documents. • Review of supplier documents as per the SDRL (Supplier document Requirement list) and Gap analysis based on supplier Assessment and project requirements. • Project Coordination & provide technical support to supplier, sub supplier, manufacturer, Site Field quality & TPIA. • Review of Testing and Manufacturing Procedures & Sub Vendor List and prepare Technical requirement for different Mechanical packages and ensure their implementation at Suppliers end as well as project site. • Assisting PQM / Lead during supplier and internal project audits. • Preparation and amendments of POQRs, SQRFs and other Quality documents. • Attending kick of meetings and pre-inspection meetings with Package suppliers. • Pro-actively supports the Quality Manager/Lead to achieve project quality deliverables. • Also handled various inspection assignments of pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Storage tanks, Skid packages.
