I coordinate schedules, referrals, and billing, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. I also communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and health care professionals, providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. I hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Saraswati Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Postgraduate Degree in Health Care Administration and Services Management from Conestoga College. Previously, I worked as a Hospital Pharmacist at Mishika Multispeciality Hospital for over two years, where I managed inventory, dispensing, and counselling for patients and staff, and contributed to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. I am passionate about improving health outcomes and access, and I am motivated to learn and grow in the health care sector.
