My career spans clinical pharmacy, pharmacovigilance, product safety, and community pharmacy management, where I’ve consistently delivered high-quality care, led workflow improvements, and supported cross-functional initiatives.In hospital settings, I’ve provided comprehensive clinical services including medication reconciliation, discharge planning, and patient counselling. I’ve led initiatives to reduce medication errors, digitise processes, and streamline services. I also take pride in mentoring interns and dispensary staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.As a community pharmacy manager, I’ve overseen high-volume dispensary operations, delivered professional services, and driven improvements in patient care, team performance, and business outcomes. I’m experienced in managing DAAs, immunisations, sleep studies, and customer engagement programs.In the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve managed end-to-end pharmacovigilance activities, developed safety assessments, and contributed to regulatory compliance and project delivery.Currently pursuing a Master of Clinical Pharmacy, I’m committed to continuous learning and expanding my impact across the healthcare landscape, whether at the bedside, in the community, or behind the scenes in industry.
