With over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, I am a seasoned Systems Analyst who provides effective and timely solutions for systems and applications issues, gathering and developing user requirements, documentation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, implementing new features through front/ back end, and providing reports in a timely manner. My goal is to maximize customer satisfaction by optimizing system functionalities. I worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Transdev Australasia, where I resolved incidents and service requests in alignment with business expectations and SLAs, through the ServiceNow system. I managed the Active Directory of users, ensuring seamless user access, and implementing permanent solutions for issues. My mission is to optimize user productivity and satisfaction, as well as to leverage my expertise in banking systems to support the organization's goals.
