To do the job and do it well, an individual needs to know where he/she is, where to go, and how to get there and they need someone willing to work with them to map it all out. This is a passion for me - finding ways to help individuals succeed on a chosen path as well as to help build a pipeline for the future success of an organization. There is nothing more enjoyable than assisting someone to realize and achieve their goals and watch as the business grows. I have a wealth of experience in training design, development, implementation, and facilitation as well as serving as a coach and mentor for individuals needing assistance. My specialties include managing teams, coaching and mentoring, curriculum design, organizational development, needs analysis, performance management, program management, facilitation, account management, and LMS administration.
