I am a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner with 10 years experience in both operational and administrative HR management. Updating and digitizing employee bio-data to enhance data accuracy and HR efficiency. Participating in the implementation of digital HR systems, such as electronic leave application systems and recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS). One of my biggest takeaways from these experiences is that HR digital transformation is no longer a luxury—it is a necessity. Implementing employee self-service platforms not only streamlines administrative processes but also ensures HR data is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
