About Patil Ankit

As a multidisciplinary engineer with over 7 years of industry experience, I am specialized in product design, development, and validation across Electric Vehicles (EV), hybrid powertrains, and have basic knowledge of H2ICE/fuel cell technologies. My background includes hands-on R&D in vehicle integration, battery pack development, and ICE-to-EV retrofitment, along with a good command of tools such as MATLAB, SolidWorks, and CAD platforms. I’ve contributed to the full product lifecycle—from concept to validation—executing DFMEA, DVP, RCA, and leading verification & validation efforts on electric powertrains, field trials, data aquisition and analysis. I have actively supported test rig setup, instrumentation, and vehicle-level testing, ensuring alignment with standards, safety and performance benchmarks. Additionally, I have created training modules and e-learning content for upskilling students and professionals in EV systems, reflecting my commitment to knowledge sharing. My exposure to sales, marketing, and stakeholder engagement has helped me bridge the gap between technical delivery and market needs.
