Embarking on a Sustainable Journey with traceless materials GmbH Since May 2023, I have been part of traceless materials GmbH, initially as a freelance consultant focusing on Initial Assessment, Leadership Guide Development, Training and Workshops, Leadership Structure Implementation, and Hiring Process Professionalization. At the start of 2024, I transitioned into a permanent role as Head of People & Culture within the Enabler Team, driving the company's scaling efforts. At traceless materials, we're revolutionizing sustainability by transforming agricultural residues into the innovative biomaterial traceless® – regenerative, sustainable in every aspect, and designed to leave no trace. Our next big milestone is completing our demonstration plant in Harburg. Key Accomplishments: Over 20 years of C-level startup experience in Business Development and scaling teams from 7 to 130 employees as COO and CEO. Expertise in strategic business management, leading Human Resources, IT, R&D, Key Account Management, and Quality Management. Success in optimizing business processes, driving technical and cultural change through agile mindset and active change management. Extensive experience in digital projects like open-source software solutions and developing custom e-commerce solutions for major clients. Proven track record of healthy growth in startups.
