About Patrice Banting

As an Admin Assistant by day and world traveller in my spare time, some would say that I am addicted to making plans and organizing events. Truthfully, my passion lies in keeping others organized. I am in constant awe of what can be accomplished when team members are able to focus on their work because of the preparatory work I have done. In my seven years as Executive Assistant to C-Level Executives and Coordinator in the Insurance and Estate Planning industry, I have learned that there is no obstacle that cannot be overcome with a little ingenuity. Delayed flights, rescheduled meetings and tight deadlines have become par for the course and having a "Plan B" is now routine. I also believe that the title "Executive Assistant" can be interchanged with that of "Advocate". With many of my C-Level executives out in the field everyday, I was tasked with ensuring all stakeholders were focused on our client portfolio. While sometimes daunting, the role has allowed me to develop a high level of diplomacy and superior customer service skills
