About Patrice Maher

I am an inquisitive and ambitious individual who enjoys questioning and challenging the status quo. Initially coming from a biomedical/research background I have decided to pivot into pursuing a career in philanthropy and fundraising. I have developed the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders, while my initiative and analytical mind often help me to develop new skills fast. My experience in various leadership roles throughout my academic and sporting life enabled me to develop high emotional intelligence, allowing me to manage internal relationships, as well as motivating others to share my passions. I pride myself on my adaptability and resilience to consistently striving toward changing the 'big things' and discover and support new ideas. I ultimately want to champion the successes and ensure equity across every culture, race and gender.
