Patti Lipman is an award winning Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of real estate experience. She is a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Buyer Representative who has helped numerous buyers and sellers in lower Westchester. Patti has lived in Scarsdale for the past 37 years with her husband Jeffrey who enjoys his short walk to the train and a 30 minute commute to New York City. Her three children have gone through the Scarsdale school system and her oldest daughter has moved back to Scarsdale to raise her children.As a long time local resident and Westchester native, Patti has extensive experience and knowledge to contribute to buyers who are not familiar with Westchester and its attributes.
