I've also witnessed the pressures that come with a career in law. The long hours, the responsibility, and the emotional weight can take a toll. That's why I've made it my mission to help fellow attorneys reclaim balance and well-being. Through Vivardu Stress Solutions, I provide coaching, and workshops designed to help lawyers reduce stress, build resilience, and rediscover fulfillment in their careers. I speak on a variety of topics to empower clients and professionals, from educating families about estate planning to addressing attorneys about managing stress. My goal is to bring clarity, confidence, and calm to the conversation, and I'm always open to customizing my talk to suit your event's needs. On a more personal note; I have two adult children, whom I adore. My daughter Molly is a photographer and a musician. She lives with her spouse Kyle and their rescue dog Sconnie in Nashville. My son Shannon is an attorney who lives and practices in Chicago. I dearly miss my spouse Jim who passed away in 2018. In my free time, I love photography and traveling to Ireland.
