I am a Chartered Construction Professional, certified Quantity Surveyor and a registered Advanced Level Civil Engineer with 25 years experience in commercial and contract management of a wide range of engineering, procurement and construction projects within consulting, private and public sectors. I have worked in an airport project, highways, roads and infrastructure, and building constructions. Extensive skills in pre-contract and post contract services on small to large scale projects including airport, roads and infrastructures, bridges, water irrigation system, school buildings, multi-purpose buildings, flood control projects, and medium rise buildings in Philippines, United Arab Emirates and Qatar.During my career, I have developed an extensive range of skills including; • Managing Junior Quantity Surveyors and Estimators• Client and Consultant exposure through Variation negotiation• Pre Contract QS Services - Cost Estimating, Tender Evaluation, etc.• Post Contract QS Services - Contract Administration, Payment Evaluation, etc.• Claims Preparation and Dispute Management and • Site Construction Monitoring and SupervisionI have also assisted in a Mediation as member of the Contractor’s Team. Conversant with the FIDIC Form of Contracts and various standard measurement like CESMM3, NRM2, POMI, and QSMM. I am also proficient in the use of various construction software such as: CostX by Exactal, BIM Measure and CAD Measure by Causeway, Master Bill Elite software, Auto Cad, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
