The 2nd of 4 boys born to Hugh & Barb Locker, I grew up in Ferndale, Bellingham/Whatcom County. During those 20+ years I was raised in an environment that was Loving, Honest, Focused and Hardworking! Years later when I got into Real Estate I used the same concepts I was raised on to build my Real Estate Business.
