I lead JLL Retail team’s efforts throughout Metro-New York and am highly adept at providing senior-level real estate counsel to many of the firm’s key retail clients throughout the region and across the U.S. My career has been primarily acting as a trusted advisor and partner providing comprehensive real estate and consultative solutions to users and owners of retail real estate. Over the past three decades, I have enjoyed a career in the commercial real estate industry with a primary focus on the retail industry. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with many high-profile brands on their new store acquisition programs and portfolio optimization. I have also led teams on multiple high-profile Landlord/ Agency assignments where challenges included economic feasibility, merchandising, strategy, and complicated leasing execution. Being involved with many of these high profile and “flagship” type transactions in the New York Tri-state region and across the U.S. has given me an extensive understanding and knowledge into leasing, site acquisition, financial analysis, asset management, development, and construction. I have the privilege of serving on the JLL Retail Advisory Executive Committee and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Stores Committee. I also acted as Chairman of the planning committee to the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) 2012 New York Convention and served on the planning committee to the 2016 RECON Convention in Las Vegas, NV. I am honored to be a four-time award winner of the Real Estate Board of New York “Most Creative Deal of the Year” Award and Multi-Year Co-Star Power Broker Award Winner.
