I regularly assist clients in dealing with any issue relating to consumer protection law. The team at Chiomenti and I engage often and directly with administrative courts to advocate for or defend against decisions impacting our clients. I also assist my clients in complex litigations before civil courts, in matters related to private enforcement of antitrust or matters of abuse of economic dependence and unfair competition. My dedication to the legal field is evidenced by the articles authored and published in national and international peer-reviewed journals and by the provision of lectures and expert courses on competition law to in-house counsel and LL.M. students, as well as by the participation in conferences and seminars as speaker.
