My career blends top-tier strategy consulting experience at Boston Consulting Group with senior leadership roles at Abbott, Bayer, and Covidien (now Medtronic). In my current role as Director of Strategy & Marketing for Abbott’s Structural Heart division in Asia Pacific, I’ve led the launch of disruptive cardiovascular innovations, doubled regional revenue, and integrated cross-country teams post-acquisition of St Jude Medical. I bring deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, P&L management, new product commercialization, market development in China and Japan, and building high-performing cross-cultural teams.
