About Patrick Amoatey
I am Environmental Health Research Scientist with nearly 7 years full-time work experience in academic settings, and holds a PhD from The University of Queensland, Australia. My broad research interest includes environmental pollution, climate hazards, and the intersection between exposure science, risk assessment, epidemiology, and public health. My experience cuts across extreme heat-health, air pollution modelling/monitoring, human health risk assessment, and greenhouse gas calculations. I have had the opportunity to work on variety of air quality, waste management, renewable energy projects from government agencies, steel industries, and oil and gas.
