I am a fluently bilingual (English/French, mit ein bisschen Deutsch) Environmental Scientist with expertise in environmental assessment and quality (i.e, risk and regulatory), with particular expertise in the areas of mining, oil and gas and material resources extraction both in Canada and abroad. This includes expert proficiency in terrestrial ecology, ecological restoration, plant & soil science, and biostatistics. As detailed in my CV, beneficial aspects of my skill-set and work experience includes +10 years experience in phytoremediation, mined land rehabilitation, and oil sands land reclamation. I have recognized expertise in:*Ecology and environmental quality (plant-soil science);*Data management (QA/QC), biostatistics, spatial & mapping analysis;*Environmental reporting & peer-review (academic & regulatory);*Interfacing with academic, government & industry partners; and,*Project management and staff/student supervision. As a researcher, educator and ecological consultant, I provide advice and solutions for the management, mitigation and long-term monitoring of ecosystems affected by various environmental factors.
