Currently building digital products and formats to accelerate the growth of Deeptech Founders while leading and developing a talented Product Team within Europes Leading Deep Tech & Life Science Incubator. Previously leading a department of 30 people in the areas of software development, data analytics and engineering, building information management, coordination and modelling as Head of Digital Solutions. We focused on optimisation, automation & industrialization of our workflows in a fast paced scaling environment. ‍Have been responsible for architecture, security, cloud, quality, infrastructure, dev-ops and site reliability as a product manager of a senior engineering team. Passionate about driving things forward, building teams, empowering them to be the best they can be and living the #agile mindset to create more value, transparency and efficiency. Evidence-based management and #data-driven mindset, experience in establishing standards,#process optimization, and scaling processes through automation in companies and teams of different sizes. Proficient in cross-cutting topics of #innovation,#design thinking,#product discovery,#agility and #digitisation in different types of companies such as #start-ups and #scale-ups in a #hypergrowth environment. Technical background in the #energy and construction sector, e.g. management of laboratory and hospital projects or development of future-proof, sustainable energy concepts. Great interest in #renewable technologies and new forms of housing and living such as #solar energy and #geothermal use, micro-apartments, timber construction, circular and shared economy.
