About Patrick Barrett

While completing a degree in New Media and English, I began working in customer service. Within a few months, and upon graduation I found a true enjoyment and satisfaction in working in customer service. Customer service gives me an opportunity to use my analytical skills, honed through my English degree in a manner of different ways. This mainly includes problem solving which, as with my experience grows, has evolved from helping customers with their orders to other, more operational situations such as scheduling and running daily operations by myself. I'm glad to have embraced customer service, a field where focus on delighting the customer and providing the best service possible not only provides satisfaction to customers but also to one's self for using their skills in a meaningful way.
