Patrick Beaulieu is, and always has been, all about characters. He is Squeeze's Co-Founder, Director & Producer. His passion for animation and insatiable curiosity has inspired him to steadily pursue unexplored artistic territories, various contrasting animation styles, visual signatures, and stories. Patrick is known for his talent to give life to singular and engaging characters. His designs have been published across the globe in more than 60 magazines. He was a guest speaker at many animation conferences (Singapore in 2007, CGOverdrive in 2009 in Guadalajara, Mexico University in 2006, CTNX, etc.). Patrick is also the publisher of a book dedicated to the art of giving soul to a character, Animation Insiders. Patrick's experience includes creating "Cracké", a Squeeze Original series franchise now distributed in more than 210 territories, with more than 500M online views, and a second season underway. Throughout the years, Patrick has built an impressive roster of partners and clients, working with the likes of Disney, Marvel, Universal, and Illumination. While always on a perpetual hunt for innovation and ground-breaking artistry, Patrick's projects are invariably accessible, humor-driven, and emotionally compelling. He is driven by his passion, captivating the audience through bold and engaging characters and their own highly unique stories.
