As a seasoned Project and Program Manager, I manage medium to large size projects primarily focused on delivery and implementation of software solutions both package and custom. I am able to create rapport with ease, cultivating long-lasting relationships and successfully making complex initiatives happen by working with executive leaders to solve a wide variety of business challenges. My strong client facing experience lends itself to delivering successful organizational change and acceptance. My ability to effectively manage both project teams and clients continues to prove my skills and overall effectiveness. In addition to my work related experience, I hold a Masters Degree in Finance and both PMP and a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Most currently, I am managing a global Open Banking program based in London, UK. My current role is focused on delivery of the Open Banking platform as part of the PSD2 directive. As the RTE for this program, I manage the development and release process for the Open Banking program both in the UK and Europe. In this global role, I manage the 3rd party development along with driving business requirements and executive level reporting. Along with the development and reporting, I manage the tracking of Initiatives, Features, and data quality within the ALM tool. This role is primarily responsible for delivering an Open Banking platform for a major credit card provider, resulting in a new product line for Fintechs and large consumer banks.
