As a Human Resources leader, I lead all HR functions and help support the organization's mission of providing innovative and customized solutions for all sized businesses. I have extensive experience of strategic planning in HR, and have developed leadership competency training in accountability, effective communication, and team collaboration to meet and exceed company goals. In my current role, I oversee the full cycle recruitment, company training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as manage the HR budget for the company. I also partner with other managers and leaders to ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with the organizational goals and culture.
