As a dynamic and client-focused investment leader, I have a proven track record of excellence in building and nurturing relationships with professional investors across Florida, including leading wirehouses, regional broker-dealers, registered investment advisors [RIAs], single- and multi-family offices, and private banks. During my tenure with First Trust Advisors, I managed high performing teams of financial advisors who sold ETFs, SMAs, Alternatives and structured products. I grew the Florida territory from #78 to a spot in the top 25, raising $1B in less than 3 years. In a previous role with Pro Shares, I transformed the Florida territory from 11th to become the top-ranking territory in the firm. Some of the highlights of my career include the following achievements: Raised $10M in new ETF products in 3 months to become 5x Bridge Gap Award winner at First Trust. Drove 400% territory growth throughout South Florida and Southwest Florida during my tenure with Pro Shares.
