About Patrick Blower

I graduated in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, with a minor in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University. My experience working with a startup has provided me with valuable knowledge, both business and cultural. We are partnered with a Chinese team, so I have experience dealing with both Eastern and Western thought schools. I am a determined worker, open to criticism, and a team player; I work to further the goals of the company rather than having a personal agenda. Since October of 2014, I have been working in the Insurance industry as an Auto Liability Claims Adjuster. In my multiple positions within this industry, I have improved my verbal and written communication skills, gained knowledge regarding insurance laws and practices across multiple states, and utilized these aforementioned skills and knowledge, coupled with on the job experience, to make prompt and accurate liability decisions in the best interest of not only my employer, but also my customers.
