About Patrick Boyle

Patrick is an enthusiastic consultant with expertise and successful international experience in the related fields of: evaluation of programs, projects and performance; measurement; strategy and planning; and the design and leadership of complex projects concerned with change and learning. In recent years my work has included an increasing amount of coaching for senior executives in both corporate and university environments. One of my highest priorities is to work creatively and collaboratively to help people and organizations achieve their objectives and I endeavor to provide extra value by going beyond clients' expressed needs. My key achievements have mostly been in universities or other knowledge focused organizations. They include: establishing effective processes for strategy development, planning and project implementation; leading and implementing independent evaluations or reviews of organizations, projects and processes; and the design and embedding of systematic evaluation and improvement frameworks and processes. I have an excellent track record in leading large and complex projects in different cultural and sometimes difficult environments and a proven ability to analyse complex issues, provide sound strategic advice and design and implement effective solutions. My successful experience includes several years in both Asia and the Middle East. My advisory and coaching work have been consistently commended as has been my ability to lead and develop high performance teams. I am particularly gratified by the fact that many of my clients have been with me continuously for more than 4 years or have commissioned my services on multiple occasions.
