About Patrick Brady

I am an accomplished attorney with a particular passion for the construction industry where I routinely represent general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in everything from dispute resolution to contracting to management succession, and many other things in between. I come from a long line of construction professionals and have immersed myself in the construction industry from a very young age. I have had the opportunity to work in both private practice and in-house, including at an ENR top-200 general contractor. I have developed substantive skills in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, litigation management, transactional mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance over the course of my career, and have had hands-on experience in risk management and mitigation. Aside from my substantive experience, my greatest professional asset is my genuine and deep connection and interest in the construction industry. My favorite part of being involved in the construction industry is the people, and I will never pass up the opportunity to take in a site visit. I enjoy networking with field teams throughout New England, speaking at industry events on legal topics, presenting at educational events, and staying up to date on industry developments, both legal and otherwise.
