Background

About Patrick Breckon

Over the course of my professional career, I have established myself as a diligent operations expert, a critical project manager, and an essential businessman. My expertise extends to areas of new construction and commercial real estate where I have accumulated a lengthy list of success. I have handled complex operations such as a 650-room hotel, a high-rise office building, a mid-rise condo, a 14-acre shopping center, and the new construction of a 135-room hotel – all of which I managed simultaneously. Not only does my affinity for leadership allow me to drive fruitful operations, but my technical and engineering experience and knowledge have positioned me as a hands-on individual who can significantly contribute to the details of projects and initiatives. Furthermore, I recently completed my Rice University MBA and am continuously striving to learn more through root cause analysis, team leadership, mechanical operations, and strategic planning. I invite you to view to the rest of my professional profile and encourage you to reach out with any questions or business opportunities.
