My name Is Patrick Brennan I own Brennan Knives. I live in County Kilkenny Ireland. I've always been attracted to knives and the skill involved in making them. After having a major accident in 2010, I used the opportunity to up skill in the craft of knifemaking as part of my rehabilitation. I had found my passion so my journey into knifemaking continued I knew that in order to make a fine knife I had to learn from some of the very best Knifemakers Bladesmiths in the world so I left Ireland and headed for the United States. I spent time and had the honour to learn my craft from some of the best artists in the world Gil Hibben, Wes Hibben, Lin Rhea, Tommy Gann, Todd Begg and Murray Carter. I am a member of both The Knifemakers Guild and also the American Bladesmith Society the most recognized bodies in the international Knifemaking industry. I make all bespoke custom high performance knives from Professional Chef knives, Collectors Knives Outdoors Knives and every day utility knives. I don’t restrict myself with design or type. Every knife I make is unique, I use both forging and stock removal to create my blades.
