Patrick spent 17 years growing up in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Wales, and Vietnam. He has experienced many different business and economic environments in various stages of reform, growth and change. He has strong communications, project, and team skills; and can organize, and take initiative. He has strong leadership skills with the willingness to readily and voluntarily take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems.He is a highly motivated, hardworking team player who has always demonstrated initiative and leadership with a positive empowering attitude toward those around me. He values diversity in all dimensions and can transform multiple perspectives into achieving effective results. He has the passion and drive to be a catalyst in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment. The ability to adapt and engage with others has become part of his DNA.
