Early Riser who understands the keys to a successful day is a bowl of oatmeal, a black coffee the News and my Emails. I've spent 10+ Years in the Retail Grocery industry and am now looking to move on to greater ventures in other fields. I have significant Customer Service Experience and dealing with conflict resolution on a daily basis. Especially working at Loblaws and being in the public eye so often, it was typical to deal with four or five customer complaints a day. While working at Loblaws I've grown extremely familiar with their applications and the software we use on an everyday basis. Some of it being Microsoft Office, SAP, Periscope, Persona, BOSS, Meta advertising. I became very familiar with Loblaws' ordering systems, whether it be while looking after their fresh side and dealing with POG or correcting onhand counts so that IPFR can take care of auto-orders. Ensuring Sales Planners are done 4-6 weeks out or Ordering through the scan guns through SAP. The last six months have seen the most rapidfire changes however, with changes coming from head office and store management having to execute sometimes within the hour and send off a picture deck of the changes. So I feel the past six months have helped me to hone my Change Agility and react to changes on the fly and really just roll with whatever comes my way.
