With more than two decades of diverse experience in leading teams, I am comfortable in situations where others quit. I led by example and feel successful when the team finds success. I believe in pushing others by means of inspiration and motivation. I believe that in order to lead you must show your team you are willing to shoulder a share of the work. I consider effective communication to be paramount in accomplishing goals both individually and as a team. During my service in the Army as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, I have been known as a “go-to” leader for effective solutions. I like to say that I am an out-of-the-box thinker but grounded in executive and management skills to produce results. Strong operations professional with a bachelor's focused in Business Management & Marketing, from Post University and a master's in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts Global.
