With nearly three decades of experience in leading Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) missions at national to tactical levels, and a long list of professional achievements, I am a seasoned senior leader and intelligence professional, committed to driving organizational success and providing exceptional results. Professional strengths: My expertise lies in strategic planning, ISR, Incident Awareness and Assessment (IAA), and space. I have served as a Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) to a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and led planning efforts to establish the Space National Guard. I am also highly skilled in the DoD and Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process and have an extensive training background. Major achievements: • Currently the Chief Support Officer at PatchPlus Consulting Incorporated, providing senior leadership and management in the areas of information technology, human resources, ethics, legal matters, security, business development, proposals, marketing, recruiting, and strategic planning • Led the design, implementation, and phasing efforts to establish the Space National Guard as Deputy Director, Space Operations • Created and led the first large-scale use of IAA operations for 2017 hurricanes and wildfires events, producing over 1,200 products used at the highest levels of the US Government as Director, NGB Joint Intelligence • Organized, trained, and equipped personnel in nine Wings, 14 Groups, 46 Squadrons, and 100+ ISR sections for Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) as Director, ANG ISR Expertise: Leading large, complex organizations; strategic planning; Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR); Incident Awareness and Assessment (IAA); DoD and Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process (PPBE); training; security; space; and cyber.
