With over six years of experience in luxury retail management, I am currently the Brand & Customer Experience Manager at Maison Cadrans, a leading company for luxury timepieces and jewelry in the region. I manage all brand financials, negotiate and align commercial conditions with suppliers and brands, and define strategies for new products and slow movers. I also oversee the customer experience across online and offline channels, improving customer satisfaction metrics, coordinating sales and operations, and managing the online platforms community and reporting. Additionally, I recruit and develop relationships with potential and VIP customers, handle customer complaints and after-sales services, and manage, train, and coach the boutique team. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and value to our customers and partners, and I constantly seek opportunities to evolve and acquire new skills and knowledge.
