I am very proud to be part a very talented team with a proven track record in travel and medical assistance world wide. Lead sales and business development divisions at AXA Assistance Canada & Equifax from 2001 to 2017. I was able to lead my sales teams to success in highly competitive industries. I coached them how to engage in discussions with C-level and senior executives in terms they would understand and how to build the case, with precision, for the brands we represented. My teammates perceive me as a pragmatic sales leader, definitely a “people person” and a persuasive communicator. I always set my eyes on well thought out goals that I lay down for myself and my team. I believe performance goes beyond sales and revenue for it was my lead generation and negotiation processes that were, unquestionably, major factors in increasing profits for CanAssistance, AXA and Equifax. The ability to generate sales, enable leads, and negotiate successfully in today’s turbulent business climate can make the difference between success and failure. I intentionally sharpened my skill in these areas by means of specific educational training programs and continue to work on mastering the subtle art of lead generation and negotiation - this remains an important priority for me and part of my value proposition I bring to the table.
