Experienced Mathematics teacher and Tutor with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Skilled in Classroom Management, Lesson Planning, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, Instruction, Cultural Development, Calculus, and Geometry. Strong education professional with a Master of Arts in Teaching focused in Mathematics Teacher Education and a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Ithaca College. I hold a wonderful position in New York City. I’ve had a lot of training and experience to help me be successful in topics such as instruction, culture, mathematics, pedagogy, and curriculum. I have a lot of experience teaching IB courses and advanced NYS regents courses in four different schools and have both gone to multiple trainings and led them as well. I’ve been in instructions groups to share and practice new methods developing to enhance the classroom practice. Currently in a PhD program. I’ve had a lot of experience in the past and am ready to apply this to much more. One area that I find fascinating is AP exams. Having taken calculus I know that the courses can be challenging but also as a teacher of statistics they can be open to everyone. This is where the beauty of geometry comes in because it can be advanced but still be at a working level that others can understand. I think this is a very fascinating topic. I’m also the new author of 35 different books! Very exciting news.
