I’m a globally accomplished strategy leader and entrepreneur, with more than 20 years of experience driving growth and transformation within media, big tech, digital platforms, and customer insights. Currently, I serve as Senior Director, International Revenue Strategy & Acceleration at Indeed, the world’s #1 jobs site, partnering closely with Indeed’s global leadership to shape international revenue growth and customer-first transformation initiatives. In Hong Kong, I founded and led Decision Fuel, a disruptive insights company that pioneered mobile-first customer research in Asia. We grew the business Asia-wide and were acquired by YouGov plc. I went on to lead YouGov in APAC, driving several years of strong post-acquisition expansion. Alongside my entrepreneurial experience, I’ve helped leading brands harness insight-driven SaaS to deepen their customer relationships with ABN Impact, built digital and customer strategy offerings as a Strategy Consulting Partner at KPMG in Hong Kong, and as VP of Strategy at STAR TV (Newscorp), I helped shape the future direction of one of Asia’s leading content brands through a period of rapid digital disruption. Throughout my career, I’ve built and scaled high-performing teams, brought products successfully to market, and been a trusted advisor for C-suite teams making their most defining strategic decisions. I have delivered sustainable customer-first growth across corporate, startup, and consulting environments.
