As a Technical Producer I maintained the integrity of asset lists and ensured that certain specifications were adhered to. I worked with the Artists, Art Directors, and other Producers to flesh out the design of the games. I developed a task management page to ensure all Technical Producers knew who was working on what project and what needed to be down and when. My colleagues know they can come to me for assistance or to take care of any issues that may arise. People have called me “reliable and resourceful,” “detail-oriented and team-focused,” “dedicated.” I am adaptable to the changing environment; from new processes and procedures to new software and technology. Send an email to pwcress@gmail.com to find out more. • Configure and support Cisco 1941 Routers with: SSH, IPv4, IPv6, static routing, inter-VLAN routing, DHCP, NAT, PAT, ACL’s, Router-on-a-Stick, RIP, OSPF, and GRE. • Configure and support Cisco 2911 Routers for VoIP with: DHCP, OSPF, NTP server, POTS and VoIP dial-peers, call-forwarding, feature ring, silent ring, and monitor ring. • Configure and support Cisco IP phone type 7962, 7975, and Cisco IP Communicator. • Configure and support Cisco 2960 Switches with: SSH, VLANs, port security, VTP, DTP, spanning tree, ether channel and the MAC address table. • Configure and support Cisco 3560 Switches with layer 3 switching, inter-VLAN routing, SSH, VLANs, port security, spanning tree, ether channel and the MAC address table. • Install and configure Windows 7, 10 and Server 2012 R2 and Linux Ubuntu 16.04 using VMware Workstation. • Enable and modify NTFS and share permissions in Windows 10 Enterprise and Server 2012 R2. • Install and replace motherboards, RAM, graphics cards, HDD, SSD, CPU’s in ATX form factor machines.
