About Patrick Crowe

I am a barrister acting as Deputy Director in the CCPC. My role entails advising on civil/administrative criminal enforcement under competition law as well as merger review advice. I also work as a part time lecturer for the Fe1 preparatory course in company law for Griffith College Dublin. I graduated in 2011 with a First Class Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from National University of Ireland, Galway and attained a Masters in European Union Law, ECHR Law and European Competition Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands in 2012. I worked as a barrister at the Law Library for 9 years with a general practice, specialising in European, financial services and criminal law. I am also full qualified Arbitrator. I have experience acting in alternative dispute resolution hearings and I provided talks in respect of EU law, data protection, hearsay evidence and construction law contracts concerning mediation, arbitration and conciliation. I am highly motivated with a diverse background in various areas of law, with a particular focus on EU and regulatory law.
