I am a Business Owner, Sourcing and Procurement Manager, and Project Manager. I have 10 years of working experience as a Contract Specialist, Contracting Officer, and consultant in the federal government. The past 5+ years have been spent operating my consulting company, A-Frame Solutions. I hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and as a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM). I am a graduate of the Acquisition Professional Career Program (APCP), which is run by the Department of Homeland Security. Most recently, I have been working on site with my client to provide consulting services for sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts for various product and service categories. I have also been simultaneously developing and selling software tools and services to my clients, managing accounts, seeking strategic partners, establishing teaming agreements, managing projects to develop software tools, and overseeing the day to day operations of A-Frame Solutions with proven results. Within the first year of starting A-Frame Solutions, the company grew from a startup to generating $1.5 million annually in revenue. I’m well-versed in negotiations, planning and development, project management, and relationship/vendor management. I am a self starter who approaches his work with a high level of initiative, professionalism, and reliability.
