Twenty plus years of experience with major financial organizations on a career path which supported increased levels of responsibility in the areas of management, communication, and training. Complement of banking, financial, and corporate experience gained serving in various management, sales, underwriting, mortgage servicing, risk management, and audit functions. Risk Management – Develop, implement, and monitor loan policies, procedures and practices, that strategically support the Bank's objectives and align with regulatory requirements and guidelines. Reporting - Formal and informal reporting to Senior Leadership Team, Governing Committees, and Board of Directors. Quality Control – Conduct audits of Underwriting guidelines, Appraisal/Appraiser review, Compliance Review, Vendor Management, Post Mortem Review. Respond to internal and external audit findings. Performs Management Activities, Actively Recruits, and develops staff. Operating Systems – Involved in set up and implementation of new advanced operating and loan origination systems, including automated underwriting and loan submissions through account boarding and servicing. Displays a personable and service-oriented approach combined with relentless work ethic, dependability, and drive to achieve desired outcomes.
