As the Vice President of Betten Baker Automotive Group, one of the top 150 dealer groups in the country, I oversee 23 stores, 11 brands, and vehicles in stock to serve Michigan customers. With over 15 years of experience in the retail automotive business, I am a true "car guy" who loves what I do and strives to create a caring culture and a customer-centric environment. I have worked my way up from every position in variable, and I am a proud graduate of the NADA Dealer Academy, where I learned the best practices and strategies for managing a successful dealership. I live by a servant leadership style, and I pride myself on the culture and retail intensity we can create together with the right people and processes. I am always studying the best operators in the country to always be evolving and improving. I am also honored to be recognized as one of the 40 under 40 by Automotive News in 2021, for my achievements and contributions to the industry.
